Day 6 - Taichung, Carton King, Lavender Cottage, Tai Yang Bin, Chocolate, Feng Jia Night Market

Finally the day is here =] I planned this for quite awhile before going to Taiwan. Need to get quotation for the driver there and plan for places we want to go.

Well~ Let us start the journey for Taichung ^^

1st, we took the high speed railway to Taichung. Due to journey takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour, we decided to get few snack to have it on board.

Finally, My 1st Banana Milk ^^

After we reach Taichung Station, we met up with this reliable driver I found through online. Wondering why I so daring to hire him. As I stated I got him through online as there are many review and recommend him as driver.

1st stop we are going to Carton King~~~ They have an entrance fees at NT200/pax with a coupon of NT100 for spending within their premises.

Next stop, the driver brought us to this shop selling yam balls (a type of desert). It so kind of him as he actually treat us =p

Finished our desert under the hot weather, driver drive us to my next request, Lavender Cottage. Just when we open the door to get off, already can smell the lavender. It is a very fresh and nice air to breathe in.

I really recommend this place if you are in Taichung ^^ I really enjoy my stay there and we really relaxing by breathing in the fresh lavender air~~~

It also have an entrance fees at NT200/pax. By right the NT200 is your minimum spending there.

Next Driver drive us to buy Tai Yang Bin. I been doing research online, many people said that Taichung is the original place for selling Tai Yang bin. And so the driver recommended us this shop. Indeed, we tried it and it is nice.

After buying all we need, next stop we went to this chocolate shop that the driver intro us. The interior design look for antique and class. In fact their snacks are yummy too. We bought dark chocolate back to enjoy~~~

Finally to our last request point. Coming to Taichung, how can we miss their night market. Yes. It is Feng Jia Night Market. We came here mainly buying their food and desert lol.

Finally, we found this ice cream. Without thinking, we went to buy 1 and share. Imagine in such cooling weather eating ice cream. Really freezing.

Thats the end of our day spending in Taichung. The driver sent us back to the station to catch our bullet train back to Taipei ^^ Satisfied with my planning and his service.

Got chance, I dont mind hire him again.

Day 7 - Xi Men Ding, Shilin Night Market

Due to raining weather, we have to cancel our plan for Hot Spring =[ Ended up we are shopping in Xi Men Ding again lol.

After buying all the food, we end up enjoying it in hotel room and took some rest and nap lol. Think might be because of whole day traveling in Taichung have tired us.

After resting, around evening time, we took train down to shilin to do our very last last night market shopping, or should I say eating? Hahaa

-=Last Day=-

Our trip ending today. With the very last few hours, we decided to shop around i Men Ding again.

Our check out time is at 12pm. Hence we decided to sleep longer. After preparing and last minute packing, we are heading to lobby to check out before going for our Brunch and shopping.

We left our luggage with the reception, and left to Xi Meng Ding for Brunch at the Japanese Restaurant that I have been wanting to try.

After the bill, we start our last shopping and especially going to one shop that sell these.

End up we finish walking around and walk back to hotel lobby to rest and wait for our cab.

After long waiting, our cab is here and we got up and left Taipei to Taoyuan Airport.

Finally reaching Singapore. Dad came to fetch us back and here are some of the thing we got back. Or should I say I got back =p

And of course, I'm missing their food so I cook the instant noodle I brought back. =]

Few days later, Jane came over to my place to collect her stuffs. And also I help her with her new nails D.I.Y

Finally finish blogging my Taiwan trip. I'm squeezing so many in this blog post as I got other things to blog about =]
