WTH~~~ 1week!!! ITS ALREADY 1WEEK!!! And I still have not receive any letter for the SingPass!!! WTH~~~ Are the staffs there sleeping?? or are they take salary and sit that chit chat or ghossipingg?? And also the GST Offset Package derhx staffs... Now they reply me this:

Since you have not sign up, you may wish to do so at our GST Offset Package website: www.gstoffset.gov.sg to sign up by using your SingPass. Upon logging in, you are able to check your allotments and selection of payment instructions (i.e. bank account or cheque) for your GST Credits and Growth Dividends.
